Kids are pretty ingenious. My nephew was over at my place with the rest of his family and he fell in love with my high speed internet connection. He started asking me about how he could get one and I mentioned asking his dad, but he already tried that with no luck. (He’s a bit stingy.) He kept asking me about it and how to get the connection where he lived and I mentioned that I had an old Cisco long range wireless bridge in my garage. Well, he ended up getting it and figured out how to hook it up to my T1 leased line as well as orient it so that he could complete the connection at his home. The reason it was in the garage in the first place is that I had tried setting it up unsuccessfully in the past and hadn’t gotten around to having someone else install it. You have to give the kid credit.
