If you are PowerPoint web presentations with a slide show, you should remember to limit the number of slides you are using. Any presentation tools, like PowerPoint, should be used only as a guide.
One slide should be used for the opening of the presentation. Include the title of the presentation, your name, and the date.
The introduction should have its own slide. This will include what the presentation is about as well as the overview of the main talking points.
Each main point should have their own slide. Include sub points and any data that goes along with each.
For the conclusion, a quick overview is great along with how you want to close the presentation.
Every presentation is different, but the number of slides should be kept to a minimum.
